Norm Walsh has visited Vancouver a couple of times and hasn't really seen rain (except perhaps from our kayak paddle :-). Actually, I think he believes it doesn't rain in Vancouver. I feel compelled to provide some rainfall comments. October had some incredible rain periods, with close to 6 inches of rain in a day in some parts.
The heavy rains we can get through fall is called "the Pineapple Express". So, it does rain in Vancouver
