Yet again the canucks aren't on HNIC this coming Saturday. It seems like the canucks are always playing on Sunday instead of Saturday and the hated Flames are always playing. After a bit of research, it turns out that's pretty true and not my fertile imagination.
After Jan 1, the Canucks are playing 6 out of a possible 13 games on Saturday night. Before then, it was 8 out of 13. In total, 14 out of 26 games.
Contrasting with Calgary, who are in 10 straight HNIC games from Jan 6th to March 10th and have 16 out of 26 games on HNIC.
Clearly the Canucks are getting a bit of shaft overall and Calgary is cleaning up in the later part of the season. I didn't bother to look at Edmonton.
