My high school classmates and I seem to have discovered facebook about the same time. I started about 2-3 months ago, and found a couple of fairly dormant classmates. Then a week ago, I discovered 2 more people. They had connections with another dozen or so. Suddenly I'm having conversations with about 6 people that I haven't seen in over 20 years! I wonder how many other "explosions" of contacting long-time ago friends and acquaintances are happening in facebook..

Yes, it is always pleasant to meet people you haven't seen since your childhood. A few months ago I met my roommate from college simple on my road to home. It was so unexceptible!
