Amazon S3 to support file and data browser uploads

Amazon has announced that they will support browser uploads, which I previously said is a big missing feature. They've asked for feedback on S3 POST.

My feedback is:
- this is a great start
- need size limits
- need multi-file selection, especially for images
- prevent overrides needed
- returning just xml on error isn't nearly good enough
