Bank failure in 2nd life, newer rules for banking

Fascinating, a bank failed in 2nd life in August 2007. Linden labs just announed that only banks certified by a government can operate in 2nd life. The obvious problem of figuring out which countries are good enough certifiers immediately raises its head.
