Our friends Linda and Al have a house in their neighbourhood that has skyrocketed from last summer to now. It sold last June for $1.85M when asking $1.95M. It just went on sale for $2.35M, with no improvements! We'll see how much it goes for, but to even ask $500K over sure shows an expectation of big gains.
